She talks about her deep depression and anxiety and shares ideas to help people to navigate difficult times.
We talk about….

- Medication and the issues surrounding it.
- The patchy provision and postcode lottery of mental health provision and support.
- The importance of social prescribing through organisations such as Hope Street.
- The power of hearing from others with lived experience.
- Advice and way of improving and feeling better.
- On the beauty and importance of life and why you should never ever give up!!!
