Mini Medi 38 | How to feel secure during your evolution

Todays Meditation is to ensure that you can feel comfortable with growth. I know how unsettling change can be and the stress that it can put on your body and your mind.
The power of Meditation is one that has changed my life. It's not just the practice, it's the moments in between the sessions, the clarity and depth of understanding that you can find.
If you are finding yourself really feeling the benefits from Meditation I have put a link to my 7 day chakra course below - it is a course that I created out of a need to genuinely regulate my emotions and to be able to target specific feelings with meditations. Such as, needing more confidence? I would turn to the solar plexus chakra and it would really help.
My personal favourite is always a root chakra meditation as it feels so good to ground yourself and feel solid throughout the day. I really notice the days when I use this principal and when I don't.
