Terrana, Vice-President and past President of the Gulfport Senior Center Foundation helping to raise money for the needs of the Gulfport Senior Center and the building of the proposed new senior center in Gulfport.

With dozens of fundraising events during the year, this tireless group of volunteers raises money through the Performing Arts Series and shows at the Catherine Hickman, Stars & Stripes BBQ July 1 at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom, membership drive, Night in Italy, Golf Tournament at Bardmoor Golf (April 2025), annual Health and Wellness Expo at the Casino, Celebration Wall of Memorial tiles at the Senior Center (seen here), mailboxes and Adirondack chairs painted by local artists and auctioned off and so many more wonderful events.
Their fundraising has enhanced programs and services at the Senior Center since 2008 including setting up a snack/coffee bar, new computers, touchless water fountains, purchase of video equipment for virtual classes, recovered chairs, purchased shelving and fund the food pantry (as well as stock donations), purchased jigsaw puzzles and acquired a baby grand piano.
