Losing a Department of Transportation worker is the latest tragedy to happen on Connecticut highways. 26-year-old Andrew DiDomenico died after an alleged drunk driver hit him near I-91 last Friday. We spoke with Senator Richard Blumenthal about tougher penalties for people with criminal records getting behind the wheel, taking away licenses for speeders in work zones, and funding education in schools for future drivers.
