TSOT090: Local Citizen Eyewitness Interview in Butler.

A fair use recording of important eyewitness statements. A group that was near one of the really very few buildings near the really in Pennsylvania and saw the guy climbing up to the roof and saw that the guy had a rifle. Was pointing out to police and he was certain that secret service could see him pointing. But they let the rally continue. Maybe just very poor judgment. But it's just important to catch this type of eyewitness stuff.
