Mini Medi 40 | Deep Relaxation and Body Alignment

Todays Meditation is the perfect after a busy day. Whether you are WFH, a busy parent or commuting daily we all deserve to take some time for ourselves. I create these meditations based on the mood, things that I see around me or things that I need. I know that you are just like me and I cannot believe this is the 40th mini meditation now up on the podcast.

Such as, needing more confidence? I would turn to the solar plexus chakra and it would really help.

My personal favourite is always a root chakra meditation as it feels so good to ground yourself and feel solid throughout the day. I really notice the days when I use this principal and when I don't.
