What's Brewing Tampa Bay with Matt Dahm, Mastry's Brewing Co.

Season 1, Episode 7788,   Jul 30, 05:44 PM

What's Brewing Tampa Bay podcast host Matt Dahm and guest Kat Jones (Gulfport Brewery, Tampa Bay Beer Week) talked beer, cider, kombucha, mushroom infused beer brewery trends, Gulfport Brewery's 5th anniversary and events. Matt Dahm/Mastry's Brewing Co. in St. Pete Beach has debuted some new beers, a line of distilled spirits (September) and brought back some favorites. "We have Juliet, one of the versions of our mixed culture blonde ale refermented on Acai. This brew is smooth, tart and complex, but easy drinking and very enjoyable. Look for it on tap in the near future. Our Honey Basil Ale is BACK! This fan-favorite amber ale is brewed with a generous amount of honey malt for a sweet touch, perfectly balanced by the malty richness and a refreshing basil finish. And on tap Beech Kombucha," says Dahm.
