Sickness, physical disability and out-of-state travel are some of the reasons a Connecticut resident can get an absentee ballot. But what if those excuses went away completely? It’s an amendment you will vote on at Connecticut polls in November. We got a better understanding of the change from State Rep. Matt Blumenthal, the House Chair of the CT Government Administration & Elections Committee.
