FNPS President Eugene Kelly on Proposed Land Swap 9-18-24

Eugene Kelly, President of the 6,300 member Florida Native Plant Society (FLPS) talked with Florida Folk Show's Pete Gallagher in the RadioStPete.com downtown studio. They discussed the Withlacoochee State Forest parcel adjacent to Cabot Citrus Farms that is subject to a proposed golf course land swap. The group is organizing to make sure that this plan and similar ones to use Florida’s conservation land for development stay unrealized.
