The Monsters Cage | A Dark Secret Lies Beneath Egypt

Season 3, Episode 48,   Oct 09, 11:30 AM

Why would archaeologists in 1850 use explosives to open a collection of massive, ancient sarcophagi? And why were they so large, far larger than required for use by a mere human?  When the  nomadic tribes referred to this place as the Monsters Cage, were they really referring to the sacred bull or to something much more sinister? The question also still remains, and most likely will until the end of time, were the sarcophagi at the monsters cage meant to keep something out… or to keep something in?
