Abbott's FreeStyle Libre 3: On October 30, 2024, Beta Bionics Inc announced the integration of the iLet Bionic Pancreas with Abbott’s FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensor. According to hosts, the new compatibility broadens choice for patients and offering flexibility in CGM usage. Additionally, this sensor has also been approved for use during MRI and CT scans, eliminating the need to remove the device, which adds convenience for patients requiring frequent imaging.
