Happy New Year!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! As we get ready to start a brand-new year, I am joined once again by my friend Stephen as we take a look at what’s in store for the new year. We talk about what some of our past traditions have been along with what new traditions we have started. We then take a deep dive into the difference between rhythms and resolutions and why new year life rhythms are better.
