Melissa in the Morning: 9-1-1 Calls in CT

A new study has revealed the states with the highest increase in 911 calls. The research, conducted by Las Vegas personal injury lawyers, H&P Law, analyzed 911 call data from 911.gov. It showed Connecticut has the sixth highest increase in 911 calls in the nation. We spoke with Commissioner Ronnell Higgins from the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection about the findings.
