When police were called out to a boat ramp in the wee hours of the morning, on February 27, 2021, they found 19-year-old Brian Cohee, Jr. standing on the bank, watching his car sink. What was thought to be a silly little accident took a sinister turn, when the rear bumper of the car revealed something quite concerning.
