Karin Stienemeier who regularly cooks food and feeds that food to the unhoused in St. Pete. She will talk about her work and her observations and findings of the unhoused population in St. Pete especially after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We will discuss what the average citizen can do to help, what kinds of donations are needed (and not needed), misconceptions of the unhoused population and her approach to cooking and recipe development.
