The RNIB See Work Differently Work Placement Scheme is a paid placement for blind and partially sighted people who might be looking to get on the first runs of their career ladder or for someone who is returning to work after a break for whatever reason to gain some really important employment skills and experiences to help further their journey into work.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey recently caught up with Liam McKinney a blind graduate who has just come to the end of his RNIB See Differently Work Placement to find out how the placement had gone for him, what he has gain through being on the placement including some of those all important employment skills and experiences plus how the placement has also help him to build up his confidence too.
