Joe Raineri and Dane Martinez open up the program with Joe flabbergasted that they have been talking more about the Lakers front office, and not the basketball team. Going to the basketball court, the guys look at Kevin Durant traveling with the Warriors, questioning the anticipation of him playing in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. Dane explains that the Finals schedule is set up for Durant to be ready for Game 3 next week, but Joe thinks a Raptors win in game 1 or 2 will be an issue for Golden State. Joe and Dane agree that is the Warriors win this series, they will go down as the greatest basketball team ever assembled, with Dane likening them to the late 90’s Yankees. The guys finish the hour looking at the latest odds for the Stanley Cup Game 2, with Joe thinking the Blues, for all their talent, do not have the same firepower as the Bruins.
