"The sound was processed through a Bark Filter Processor from Verbos Electronics -- many envelope followers from there were used to drive the amplitude of the harmonic outputs of a Spectraphone from MakeNoise.
"An ADDAC 508 Swell Physics provided extra modulation for the timbre of the Spectraphone as well as which portion of the spectral content from the original recording was audible (and therefor driving the Spectraphone).
"For sequencing/controlling a 0-CTL from MakeNoise was used. The pressure output was patched to the simulation speed of the ADDAC 508 so that when I used my fingers to play the sequences and gradually slid more of my finger on the pads the modulation for the synth voice would get mangled up."
