Melissa in the Morning: A No-Go for Bear Hunts??

A proposal that would have allowed DEEP to regulate a bear hunting season in Connecticut seems to be off the table. Senate bill 1523 had the language around a bear hunt stripped even though officials with DEEP recommended bear hunts. We spoke with Senator Steve Harding about the latest on bear interactions in the state.
