The Unsolved Disappearance of Kyle Thomas Rugg

UPDATE: Kyle Rugg has been found deceased.

Kyle Thomas Rugg of Katy, Texas, went on a fishing trip to Lake Livingston on March 4, 2015. It is believed that he returned home, as his car has also vanished.  He was just 20-years-old in 2015.

No one has seen or heard from Kyle since.
