In this episode of MUSIC SCENE,  musician/producer/author Tom Gribbin and Green Light Cinema's Mike Hazlett joins host Nanette Wiser in studio to talk about the documentary and event at Green Light Cinema 1/23-29. "You Got Gold" is a celebration of John Prine, ne of America's greatest songwriters. The film by Fiona Whelan Prine showcases the Nashville Ryman Auditorium concert on 10/10/2022 on what would have been his 76th birthday for two nights. The artists and family members on stage shared stories and sang the songs that spanned John's 50-year-career. Gribbin and John were friends, and as many know, John and Fiona had a home in Gulfport, so he called up John's son Tommy Prine, now a new father himself, to talk about his dad, Tommy's musical career and Tommy's new son. On Sunday, 1/25 join the fans at Green Light Lounge + Kitchen next door after the film for a musical tribute with J.T. Brown & Friends.
