Neo Langston Arrested: D4VD's Inner Circle Crumbles as Prosecutors Close In

The walls are closing in. Neo Langston — D4VD's friend, fellow gamer, and Twitch streamer — was just arrested in Montana and transported to Los Angeles on a felony warrant. He's sitting in Metropolitan Detention Center tonight on $60,000 bail because he didn't show up when prosecutors called him to testify.

This is the D4VD case accelerating. A grand jury has been hearing witnesses since November in the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The 15-year-old's body was found in D4VD's Tesla — dismembered, decomposing, abandoned in the Hollywood Hills. Sources say prosecutors believe D4VD was involved. Sources say there's a second suspect who may have helped. And now D4VD's friend is in handcuffs.

Neo isn't the first person around D4VD to give prosecutors problems. His manager testified that keeping the tour going mattered more than calling police. A female witness disappeared and had to be threatened with arrest. D4VD himself has been completely silent since September.

The grand jury continues through February. An indictment could come at any time. And now the people closest to David Anthony Burke are being tracked across state lines and dragged into courtrooms.

D4VD has not been charged with any crime. Neo Langston is charged only with failure to appear. All individuals are presumed innocent. But someone knows what happened to Celeste Rivas — and prosecutors are running out of patience.
