Melissa in the Morning: Overcrowding at Hospitals

National data shows overcrowding in U.S. hospitals has reached crisis levels, with roughly 90% of large hospital emergency departments operating at or above capacity. Here in Connecticut, we are consistently seeing this problem at most of our hospitals. We spoke about this with Senator and Doctor Jeff Gordon and shared the state’s latest platform to address the problem.
