Does our state do a good enough job taking care of animals? The Animal Welfare Caucus is a bipartisan group of state legislators focusing on the promotion of animal advocacy legislative efforts. And today there is a public forum to discuss ways to improve laws to benefit animals in the state! We spoke about that with Annie Hornish, Connecticut State Director of the Humane World for Animals.
