A pair of bills from a veteran state House member concerning the sales of so-called "nip" bottles of alcohol caught the eye of host Paul Pacelli to start Wednesday's "Connecticut Today" (00:49). One bill would attach a ten-cent refundable deposit to every nip bottle sold in the state, while the other bill would completely ban the sale of nips in Connecticut. Southington GOP State Sen.
