City Proclamation Honoring Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association 2-12-26

Celebrating Al Downing during  Black History month. The Honorable Mayor Welch of St Petersburg named February 12, 2026 “Al Downing Day”and presented the association with a proclamation.
