Her journey began — and continues — with Chew Entertainment under legendary music director Ray Chew, where she has played a vital role in delivering seamless musical execution across television, live events, and recording productions. Through precision, preparation, and leadership, Jaynell has earned the trust of producers, union musicians, and directors at the highest levels of the industry.

Since 2014, she has also served as Music Manager for the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, overseeing music production logistics and coordinating performances for one of the most watched live broadcasts in the country. Managing complex moving parts on a national stage requires vision, resilience, and the courage to think bigger than the moment — qualities that define Jaynell’s career.
