The NFL Combine is in the books as Robby and Joe share some of the big takeaways from the weekend.  Notre Dame RB Jeremiyah Love put up a very good 40 time.  What are the chances he goes at pick 4?  Are the Titans looking to trade out of the 4th pick and increase the asking price?  How worrisome is the slower 40 time for WR Carnel Tate?  Paul Kuharsky reported over the weekend that the Titans are considering bringing back TE Okonkwo and OL Zeitler.  Joe has the Rex Rant to close the hour.
