Today, the home is widely regarded as one of the area’s most active paranormal locations, with reports of unexplained encounters and a presence that visitors say can be felt as soon as they walk through the door. Some believe the activity may be tied to the land itself, from nearby ley lines to the influence of the Ohio River and surrounding environment.
