When Bobby Flay Cooked on the Chuck Wagon | Behind the Scenes of Reality Cooking TV

I never wanted to be on TV. I just wanted to cook for cowboys. But one phone call, while on a ranch, changed all of that. This is how I went from a cowboy ranch cook, to cooking on national TV. I was standing in a pasture in North Texas when a car pulled up mid-shot and Bobby Flay walks right into my scene. I didn't know who he was. Didn't know he was coming. All I knew was my wood stove was loaded, it was 95 degrees, and we were about to find out how tough Bobby Flay really was.
