What to do when your narcissistic mother goes no contact with you

Has your narcissistic mother cut contact with you? Does that leave you feeling she robbed you of your choice to go no contact? The she robbed you of your chance at closure?
The silent treatment is a frequently used way by a narcissistic mother to punish her children, but she may not stop there. She can go all the way as to actively go no contact with you. And this can truly hurt. It will trigger the childhood trauma that is already there, in particular the abandonment wound that's related to having a mother who is emotionally unavailable.
In this episode I answer the question of a listener whose mother went no contact, and share one thing that will truly help if this is the case for you.
This solution can also be very effective in the case of a prolonged silent treatment.
