Today is Tax Day. The IRS recently warned about an increase in AI-powered tax scams. Fake agents may call, text or even reach out to people on social media and use AI-generated voices that sound authoritative and convincing. We spoke with Commissioner Bryan Cafferelli from the CT Department of Consumer Protection about spotting red flags.
