She's under a no-contact order with her own four children. On a monitored jail call, she told Joseph he was not her priority — she was fighting for the kids. She retained attorney Travis Story separately from Joseph's legal counsel. Joseph faces Florida charges of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child under twelve tied to a 2020 family vacation. He has entered a not guilty plea and is presumed innocent.
