On January 2, 2018, 28 year old Nathaly Salazar set out for what should have been just another adventure.  She was traveling through southern Peru, exploring the landscapes near Cusco and the Sacred Valley.  But on that day, Nathaly signed up for a zip-lining experience.
And she was never seen again.
In the days that followed, authorities would piece together a story that didn’t quite add up, there were only shifting stories and a moment high above the Sacred Valley that may have gone terribly wrong.
