Atlantis Through Time is the first book to chart the fascinating cultural history of Atlantis from its origin in Plato's dialogues to its strange and compelling rebirths in pop culture, occultism, and fantasy. Rather than treating Atlantis as either hoax or truth, Sian Ingham takes the myth on its own imaginative terms, showing how different generations have used the legend to reflect their hopes, fears, and obsessions.
