The state House is passing a bill to ban cellphones in public schools. It now moves on to the state Senate for a vote. Current law implements some limitations on cell phone use in schools but stops short of a bell-to-bell ban. Joslyn DeLancey, Connecticut Education Association Vice President. The CEA is the largest teachers’ union in the state.
