Melissa in the Morning: PURA Settlement

Last month, PURA tentatively settled a lawsuit by the state’s electric utilities. The suit acknowledges that former chair Marissa Gillett reportedly ignored the law by freezing fellow commissioners out of the regulatory process while in office and concealing her role as sole decision maker in hundreds of decisions. We spoke to Bryson Hull about this news; he is the Deputy Northeast Director for the Consumer Energy Alliance.
