Firefighters battle one of Spain's biggest-ever wildfires during heat wave across the Mediterranean

AP correspondent Charles de Ledesma reports extensive wildfires have hit several towns in Sicily, Italy, and have engulfed large areas in central Spain, as hot, dry weather continues across much of Europe.
