Voices of the Westside 8-21-26 HOSTS Program

Lara Blomberg and Paula Hoage, lead teachers for the HOSTS Program join the program to discuss the initiative that targets 3rd and 4th graders who "need a little extra help" in reading. Volunteers spend one hour each week helping two students through planned lessons, activites and educational games designed to help them become better readers. HOSTS is in its 25th year in Wayne Township. You can "Help One Student To Succeed" by becoming a HOSTS mentor.
