Lunchtime Conversation host Nanette Wiser caught up with Heritage Village's Monica Drake (Manager & Oral Historian Extraordinaire) and Hannah Hayes (Education Curator) as they continue to celebrate Heritage Villages 50th Anniversary and America 250. We caught up on upcoming events, speakers, educational programs, exhibits and tours through December. On Sept. 12, Passion Struck author John Miles will read his children's book "You Matter, Luna" as part of the Story Trail honor and on Sept. 19, it's time to party and connect with The Constitution in a fun event, scavenger hunt, free books and yummy food.
Heritage Village in Largo, Florida, is a 21-acre living history museum dedicated to preserving Pinellas County's architectural and community past. Admission is free, offering visitors a self-guided stroll through dozens of meticulously restored 19th- and early 20th-century historic structures.
