In September 2017, 19-year-old Ashanti Billie disappeared after arriving for work on a Navy base in Norfolk, Virginia. Eleven days later, her body was found more than 300 miles away in Charlotte, North Carolina.
As investigators searched for answers, they uncovered surveillance footage, DNA evidence, and a suspect with an unbelievable connection to where Ashanti was found.
