In Part One of my conversation with Karin Austin, we explore the extraordinary experiences that have shaped her life.

Karin describes unusual encounters going back to childhood before recounting the intense period of experiences that began again in her twenties - including missing time, apparent beings, altered states, out-of-body experiences and the encounter she says finally convinced her that at least part of what was happening was physically real.

We also discuss how she continued living an ordinary life while dealing with experiences she could barely explain, the difference between the terms “abductee” and “experiencer,” and her attempts to find answers through NASA, SETI, MUFON and the medical community.
