BRMR 26-7: The Blackburn Weekend - with Thornton & Ward

Head coach Richie Thornton and director Terry Ward talking with Big Red Machine Radio's Craig Simpson at the Forum on Sunday night.  The Stars battled with the defending champions and title favourites all weekend, taking a phenomenal point on the road with 11 skaters before a fatigued group succumbed on home ice.  But both Thornton and Ward were pleased with the efforts, endeavours and passion of the available Stars, and delighted to be on home ice after a summer of upheaval on Teesside.
