D4vd's Inner Circle Faces WHAT in Celeste's Suit?!

D4vd Celeste Rivas Hernandez lawsuit — the family's civil case expands the focus from David Anthony Burke to the adults, companies, money, and logistics around him. The complaint asserts 12 causes of action and names Burke along with his mother Colleen Burke, management figures, live-in security guard Sheldon Jacques, and business entities tied to his career. 

The family's allegation is broader than simple proximity. The complaint says people in Burke's orbit knew or should have known Celeste was a minor and failed to protect her. It accuses Jacques of helping remove Celeste from her family home and transport her to Burke's Hollywood Hills residence, where he lived during part of the period described in the suit. 

The money trail creates a second line of civil scrutiny. The complaint alleges Colleen Burke managed significant parts of her son's finances and approved business expenses. Burke's former financial manager testified during the criminal preliminary hearing that the singer generated about $10 million to $11.5 million in gross earnings from 2023 through 2025. Records reported after Celeste's remains were discovered showed two Texas homes transferred into his mother's name. 

Burke has pleaded not guilty in the criminal prosecution. He was ordered to stand trial after a five-day preliminary hearing in July and remains held without bail. His private legal team later withdrew, he qualified for public-defender representation, and an October 19, 2026 status conference is scheduled. 

Former FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer joins Tony Brueski to connect the two legal tracks. The criminal case asks whether prosecutors can prove the charges against Burke beyond a reasonable doubt. The civil suit can probe a wider circle through records, depositions, and financial discovery, potentially answering a different question: what did the people around him know, and what did they allegedly do with that knowledge?
