Hannah Murray will start by looking at the bestseller lists on Amazon.co.uk and The Sunday Times, the oldest and most influential book sales chart in the UK, and seeing what new entries there are.

Richard Ferrer has spent half his career reporting on religion and identity, as the editor of the UK's leading Jewish newspaper. In his debut novel 'Error 404', he writes the ultimate headline: Science disproves God. It's a provocative satire about blind faith, human nature and the inescapable fact that, for most atoms cursed with consciousness, God serves a higher purpose than truth itself.

Richard Smith wrote his first book 'Homeward Bound' at the age of 71. He enjoyed it so much (and it was well received) that he kept going! His writing is infused with music, as are the book titles, his latest being 'Made for Walking', which is about generational warfare, the meaning of friendship and finding your place in the modern world.
Through music, Richard has become a social media sensation at 77 years old, talking about his massive record collection.

Carol Snow is an American author of ten novels, and was called "an author to watch" by Booklist. In her new novel 'The Girl on the Beach', a missing child tears a family apart in a psychological thriller that builds to a jaw-dropping final twist. It's a dual timeline that moves between a sunlit summer and a shadowed aftermath.

...

Barry Greenfield is an English-born Canadian songwriter whose novel 'All You Need is Courage' is about a 19 year old songwriter who is signed by Apple Records in 1968, who works alongside the biggest band of all time- It's written as an imaginative adaptation of Barry's own real-life journey.

Priya Parmar is the co-writer of the musical Sylvia. Her latest novel 'The Original' is about Katharine Hepburn. Blending meticulous research with incandescent imagination, this is an emotionally charged portrait of an icon who refused to be anything but original.

Annie Beaumont's latest novel 'Roundabout Lady' is set in Spain and inspired by real events that Annie learnt of whilst spending time in the Costa Blanca. It looks at prostitution and sex-trafficking.
