Palestinian president, again denied a visa to speak at UN, addresses leaders on prerecorded video

AP correspondent Karen Chammas reports Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas spoke in a video message at the UN General Assembly, after he and other Palestinian delegates were once again denied visas by the US.
