Caleb Flynn Said February 16 Would Be THIS

On the last night of Ashley Flynn's life, her husband was messaging another woman until after midnight. That's what Alleigha Botner told the jury in the Caleb Flynn murder trial, testifying for the prosecution. She said Flynn promised her "actions will come tomorrow." She said his last message before bed was that tomorrow was a big day and he had to get some sleep. Botner told the jury she read all of it as a divorce announcement. By morning, Ashley had been shot twice in the head, and Flynn was telling police someone had broken into their Tipp City home. He has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder. Defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis breaks down how prosecutors will frame those messages, and how the defense argues that a man about to ask for a divorce would sound exactly the same.
