Melissa in the Morning: LIS Report Card

There’s encouraging news for Long Island Sound. A new report from Save the Sound finds water quality is improving, with all three major basin areas earning A grades. In Connecticut, 19 of 28 smaller coastal sites tested received an A or B. But officials say climate change, development and sewage overflows remain challenges.
