A criminal investigation is reopening into alleged sexual assaults at a Cornell University fraternity in 2024. A former student sued, alleging she was drugged and assaulted by seven fraternity members. The Tompkins County D.A. says the case will be presented to a grand jury, while Cornell says it conducted a Title Nine investigation and disciplined students involved.
