Building Our Dream House: Floor Plan Evolution in Punta Cana (Part 1)

In Part 1 of our Punta Cana villa design journey, we take you through the dramatic shift from our original house plan to our new triangular corner lot! We break down what we loved about the initial rectangular design, the reality of switching lot shapes, and the challenge of avoiding a shared duplex wall. Plus, we celebrate hitting 1,000 subscribers and share our thought process as we review the very first revisions with our builder, Grupo Joseda.

Make sure to come back for Part 2 to see how we negotiated our lot boundaries and finalized our dream layout!
